Construction work has launched on a 204-unit apartment complex near the Wolf Creek shopping center in Bellevue.

The Den at Wolf Creek apartments is a project of Metonic Real Estate Solutions and Quantum Real Estate, both of Omaha, and is to rise south of the Walmart that is south of the intersection of Cornhusker Road and 15th Street.

It is to feature a pool, fitness center, detached garages, a dog run and wash station.
